How did you start your fitness journey?
Fitness has always been a part of my journey ever since I can remember. I was extremely active as a child and fitness played an important part of my life. I ran track and was also a competitive cheerleader for over 10 years.
 
Staying in shape and staying active has become a lifestyle.
An ongoing accomplishment would have to be my consistency in the gym and living a healthy lifestyle.
 
What are you working on right now? How do you stay motivated during tough times?
Despite the crazy 2020 year, I’ve been blessed to be as busy as I am. I’m currently pursuing my acting and TV hosting career, along with growing my brand. I’m also currently filming season 3 of a TV series called, “The Family Business” on BET Plus.
 
What are some of your personal and fitness goals? Anything big on the horizon?
One of my fitness goals is to stay consistent in the gym. My usual weekly schedule is 3 workouts a week with my trainer and 2 days of homework on my own. I have changed my eating habits and most recently have become a pescatarian, so maintaining a healthy diet is a must.
 
My personal goal would have to be continuing to work hard on my craft and growing my brand. I have a love and passion of being in front of the camera lens and I’m going to make sure I continue to fulfill my dreams of become a top actor. I have few projects in the works for 2021 and you’ll just have to keep up with me to find out!
 
What do you love about C4 Energy?
It has always been pretty hard for me to find the right energy drink that either had too much sugar or gave me jitters, so my good friend introduced me to C4 Energy and all my problems were solved.
 
Not only is C4 Energy delicious, but it helps me focus and get through my day fully energized.
