What inspired your fitness journey?
I've always liked to do sports since I was a girl. I got more into it when the CrossFit wave started. Now, I do it to stay healthy.
What are you working on right now? How do you stay motivated during tough times?
Quarantine was a tough time for everyone but I saw exercise as a “break” from the normal routine, I worked out everyday in my balcony. I usually workout in the mornings so I need that extra push and that's why I LOVE my C4
What are some of your personal and fitness goals?
Right now I’m recovering from a surgery I recently had and my short term goal is to get back in shape!
