As a former NPC Figure and current Strongman competitor, Sarah Hryniewicz is all about getting better. We had the chance to connect with Sarah to discuss her fitness journey, motivation, and how C4® fits into her lifestyle.
How did you get started on your fitness journey?
After high school I felt a little lost and directionless. I went on a family vacation and happened to stumble into the hotel gym where I started googling random exercises and found myself really enjoying it. I have learned a lot since then, and my goals are vastly different, but my love for the weight room has stayed the same.
What motivates you to accomplish your goals?
I feel like achievements are addicting. Once you feel the satisfaction in reaching a goal, it becomes easier and easier to remind yourself of the bigger picture and let your discipline take over.
What is your daily routine for staying energized?
I try to be pretty consistent with my sleep schedule, I also find that if I force myself out of bed as soon as I wake up, I feel much more ready to take on the day. I usually grab a C4® and spend the first 15-20 minutes of the day playing with my dogs out in the yard.
How did you first discover C4®?
I remember heading into GNC for the very first time, having NO idea what to do or where to start. I walked out with a container of C4® pre-workout. It was a good call.
How does C4 Energy® fit into your routine?
I switch between using it as an everyday energy drink and an actual pre workout, so it really depends on the day and how I feel!
